Your initial complimentary consultation will consist of an examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. We will take the time to properly diagnose your orthodontic concerns and create a treatment plan that is individualized to your specific needs.
You may preregister with our office by filling out our secure online patient registration form. This allows us to collect any X-rays from your general dentist and check any insurance benefits prior to your appointment.
IMPORTANT: ALL PATIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN
