Corey C. Conrad DDS, MS

Orthodontist

Dr. Corey Conrad was born and raised in Iowa Falls. Growing up, he was active in many activities including band, sports, art and the sciences. Upon graduating as Valedictorian of his high school class, Corey moved to Iowa City and enrolled at the University of Iowa where he would become a Hawkeye fan for life.

Corey completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with honors while also being a three-year member of the University of Iowa Marching Band. He went on to pursue a Doctorate in Dental Surgery and through an orthodontic research study, decided that orthodontics was the area of Dentistry that suited him best. He continued completing his orthodontic residency program at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry becoming a board-certified orthodontist, He has authored and participated in several research articles published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics.

Upon graduation, Dr. Conrad joined Dr. Michael Rovner in 2001 making Central Iowa Orthodontics and Des Moines his home. Dr. Conrad is a member of several professional organizations, which help him stay on the leading edge of orthodontics and dentistry.

Dr. Conrad and his wife Colleen reside in West Des Moines with their two daughters and pet cats. In his free time, he enjoys cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, boating around Lake Panorama, traveling and attending performances at the Des Moines Civic Center.
