Cameron J. Rasool DDS, MS

Orthodontist

Dr. Cameron Rasool was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and grew up in West Des Moines, Iowa. Following his graduation from Valley High School, he attended the University of Iowa on an academic scholarship, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in psychology and a Doctorate in Dental Sciences (DDS). He furthered his dental training at Saint Louis University’s Center for Advanced Dental Education where he received a Master of Science (MS) in orthodontics.

During his dental and orthodontic training, Dr. Rasool took on various leadership, research, and teaching roles. He was the vice president of the Iowa chapter of the American Student Dental Association in dental school, and president and chief resident of his orthodontic class. He also completed a teaching fellowship at Southern Illinois University and volunteered at Boys and Girls Club of America and Give Kids a Smile.

Dr. Rasool has been a partner at Central Iowa Orthodontics since 2011 helping to grow the practice by getting to know each patient and customizing a treatment plan based on their individual needs.

When he is not in the office, you can find Dr. Rasool, Emily and their two young kids out and about enjoying all that central Iowa has to offer. Dr. Rasool and his family currently reside in West Des Moines.
